  • Valid Dates: August 2014 through one month from the date of issuance of the Notification of Award from RFP No. 4426.
  • Dollar Limitation is $500,000 per project without additional approval from ITS.  Customers must solicit quotations from two or more sellers regardless of the dollar amount.

Post-Publishing Clarifications and Corrections

Prior to the July 9, 2021 publication, the E-911 EPL was published as one PDF made up of the instructions for use, vendor contact and ordering information, and the product/pricing pages.  Going forward, this information will be published as an Instructions for Use document and separate documents for each vendor.  Archived versions will continue to contain all the information as one PDF.

Archived Versions of the E-911 EPL in Adobe Acrobat Format

For archiving purposes, the  version of the EPL is re-published monthly if a vendor adds new products, makes edits to existing products, and/or deletes end-of-life products. Each vendor chapter will show the date the product was last updated.
